Distance Reiki $25 per 30minutes or 5 for $100 (120 minutes total)
Breath-work/meditation $10 per virtual 20 minute session or 5 for $40 (100 minutes total)
Youth Level 1 Reiki (4 distance sessions, reading material/tools an attunement) $190
-The childrens and youth programs teach about the history of reiki, chakras and energy, how to perform reiki on themselves and give them tools for mindfulness, in an age appropriate (and entertaining) way.
